1. Definitions

• Notify of Unauthorized Access: Immediately inform beo123 customer support if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach.

beo123 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend or close any Account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, provision of false information, breach of these Terms, or any activity that threatens the integrity or security of our Services.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may fund your beo123 Account using approved payment methods, which currently include major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Fees: beo123 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, expedited withdrawals (when available) may incur a small fee, clearly disclosed before confirmation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

beo123 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly stated in the promotion description. General bonus terms include:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are typically available to registered beo123 members who meet specified criteria (new members, depositors, active players, etc.). Only one bonus per User per household/IP address/device unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. 7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on beo123 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed on the relevant pages:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only when you receive confirmation in your Account transaction history. If a bet does not appear in your history, it has not been accepted, and you should contact support immediately.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. We reserve the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation of results. Casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators and are final.
• Obvious Errors: If we identify an obvious error in odds, results, or payouts (commonly known as "palpable errors"), we reserve the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Voided bet stakes are returned to your Account balance.

• Live Betting: Live or in-play betting is subject to rapid odds fluctuations. We reserve the right to reject bets if odds have changed significantly between your selection and our system's acceptance, or if we suspect automated or bot-assisted betting.
• Prohibited Betting Patterns: Arbitrage betting, matched betting, coordinated betting with other Users, and any betting pattern designed to exploit platform features rather than engage in genuine wagering are prohibited and will result in voided bets and potential Account closure.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on beo123 and will result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets; providing false identity documents; manipulating KYC verification; or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using beo123 to launder money or transfer funds for illegal purposes. We maintain strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

• Account Sharing: Sharing your Account credentials with others or allowing third parties to use your Account. Each Account is personal and non-transferable.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your beo123 Account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting Account closure. Upon receipt of your request:

• We will process any pending withdrawals of your available balance (funds not subject to active wagering requirements or dispute).
• Any active bonuses will be forfeited.
• Your Account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened under the same credentials.
• You remain bound by these Terms and Conditions regarding any activities that occurred prior to closure.

10.2 Termination by beo123

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which beo123 holds its operating license.
